1 dead A3 turbo ******

had windscreen replaced yesterday on the quattro

my girlfriend comes to the car after work to go home (not been used since the window fitter changed the screen)

and it wouldn't start or do anything just comes up with EPC on the dash

when you try turn it over it just goes completely dead, all lights go off & everything!

had to get it towed home last night,

any ideas?

have you got access to vag-com?

might be an idea to get it plugged in to see what the fault is.

If you dont, do you even have access to a multi meter? check to see what voltage the battery is putting out?

Alternator or battery? Faulty ecu? You need to get it plugged in mate. I bought a cheap lead from Ebay, you are welcome to use it, but I couldn't tell you whether it works

all it was was a flat battery!!!! the ***** had just left the interior light on, just bumped it n it works fine

yep aky, 2nd time bty flat now, first time she left it on after doing her make up!

yeah claude, dunno why i dint just try bump it in first place, just saw the EPC n got it into me head it was that!! i'll get me coat
