Hi dude, I’m pretty sure you adjust it by twisting it in and out....... like a screw. Anti clockwise out and clockwise in.

That's what I thought but they are square and don't seem to go anywhere hence my problem thanks for your information

Just thought I would tell the answer to this problem pulled the rubber off then there is a hex metal grub screw within, loosening this and it then is free to move up and down for adjustment purposes :salute:
