Coil pack question

Hi I upgraded my coil packs to Red R8 ones, my old ones were worki g fine,
I am helping a friend with A4 B7 2.0 indirect injection ALT engine, my question is can I use my old
coil packs on this engine?

Thanks for that, looks like it's a no then, I knew the part numbers were different but you never know.

Maybe just part numbers that differ for different engines, but the same item, i'm sure some one will know.
