Hi all this is my first post,
I'm in need of some major help, I have a 56 plate a6 c6 3.0 tdi, I had the kessy issue the back end of last year, garage were telling me it was to do with the battery so replaced it, fast forward to early this year and the same issue so I had the components in the control module replaced(micro switches ect) everything was good for a week and then it died again.

Currently the key fob will not even lock/unlock the car(new battery) and I'm getting absolutely nothing when I put the key in the ignition,no lights or anything at all.

Tried changing the ignition barrel with a 2and hand one(key came with it) and exactly the same.

Can anybody shed any light in my issue please thanks

Pics are the most recent fault codes that may help, using a snapon reader and have to manually get in the the system.through the back door due to no ignition

Could this be the issue and possible temp solution?

Pee jam

That was the problem initially but have had the control module repaired and was working ok for about a week and now the key fob isn't even unlocking the car and the ignition is dead again :/

Might be worth thinking about but is your battery coded back in after removing it , i know certain cars need this done if they have stop / start

If you mean the actual car battery yes it was coded back to the car when it was replaced.

I have read that it's not essential to have it recorded but it does help with prolonging the battery life

Does your key fob's red led blink when you press any of its buttons? This is to check that your fob is working as the red led should blink when a button is pressed. If not then I would obviously change the battery and test again.

Yeah the fob blinks, its like a rapid blink for a cpl of seconds, battery in the fob is almost brand new
