Thanks for the reply I'll have a look at it I'm not good with electrics so ant got a clue what it will do.lol I was told just to attach the blue wire's together

If you search there are hundreds of posts about the issue. It isnt just a case of powering up the rear amp via the blue wire which kicks in your rear speakers, you need to know what voltage is coming off that wire.

check this vid out, see if it helps https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=2ahUKEwjj69Xwi9nnAhUXShUIHZLZDNwQwqsBMAJ6BAgKEA4&url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a4z5XZsojOw&usg=AOvVaw39Jny_ETxPw53EUiDbPHQY

The blue wire coming out of your aerial wire is to power your new aerial if you got one,

Have you connected the other blue wire with the one in plastic, I would check voltages with multimeter personally.

Get into the connects2 website and get in touch with them mate. They will tell you exactly which one. I had a problem on my a3 a few years, no sound from rear speakers got in touch with connects2 and they sent me the link for the correct one no need to attach wires or anything straight plug and play and bang rear speakers on

Thank u Martin86, iv sent them a email see what they come up with, it's doing my head in.thank u
