Il be in the market for a new car in the next month and I’m leaning towards the s3 sportback and selling my mk5 r32 would be planning going stage 1 map max as will just be a family run around, I’m already have the s3 8l as my toy which is currently getting a tt 3.2 gt35 conversion so nothing crazy planned for the this

what are the common issues with the 8p , any things particular to look Out for? I will be bringing my vcds to scan the car if it’s the one I want

Check the ‘preventative maintenance’ thread and check all that stuff been done or budget for it, that should be enough to get a good idea about the type of previous owners
