Raging :rage::rage: just replaced front discs n pads all went well nuts an bolts torqued up was puttin on my wheel all the nuts tight bar one seemed to keep turning so I decided to ease it off and check threads and boom f****n thing snapped in the hub :rage::cry:

Has it snapped flush or proud of the disc?
Can you get at the remains to either, in varying order of severity
A, get hold of it with mole grips
B, hacksaw a slot to create a screw head?
C, lets not go there yet

I had to call it a day i will remivecthe wheel tommorrow and look :coldsweat:

Get a left hand drill bit it will probably spin it right out. Just make sure you are right on centre with it.

How much torque did you put on it :)

These things are sent to deliberately test us :redface new:. Did some brake work on my wife's Mini a couple of weeks back, used the locking wheel nut key as usual but forget to take it off and lost it on the short test drive after. To make matters worse she then got a puncture (the next day!) first one for years. It took a week for BMW/Mini to get a replacement :sadlike:
