New guy here.
Sooo I've recently bought a Audi A3 e-tron from 2015. It was standing for about 6 months. But the ACC stopped working, the dealer told me it was working before.
So first thing I did when i bought it was going for company that can calibrate it. They immediatly found that it was out of it's slot. But that wasn't the reason it isn't working.
They tried to calibrate it but with the glasses etc. But they couldn't manage to do it because it just wasn't working.
I have a laptop with VCDS installed and checked for the error code. It has 4 in the engine, also about ACC. And 3 from ACC itself.
I've done some diagnostic tests etc and it's getting 15v of power constantly, which I read is good. But when i put out a test on it jumps to 11.3.
It also says " Status Radar : off " Could it be the battery that is shutting it off? With a e-tron? Because it has been standing still for quite a while now.
I've tried the heater which I read could also be the problem but the heater is working. It's also not showing any errors about the heater.
Is my radar really dead? Is there a way to reset it or try to bring it back to live?
