OEM 19 RS3 Alloy Lowering

Has anybody on here lowered their A3 with OEM 19inch Rotor Alloys on? If so what size springs were used and what was clearance like? Pics would be appreciated

I run 8.5 et 45 19’s and a 225/35 tyre and I’m down about 40/45mm and it’s fine to daily and doesn’t catch if you trim the rear bumper mount slightly
