ECU Upgrades

Hi,
I have a 2018 A7 3.0 diesel (286 bhp). Great car, but I’ve been experiencing turbo lag when accelerating from standstill and am considering upgrading my ECU or chip. I’m based in Perthshire, Scotland and would be grateful for recommendations on how to overcome the issue.
