Audi 07 plate 19tdi heater issues!

Hi I can’t get hot air through blowers thought it might have been an air lock or thermostat,so changed the thermostat end flushed all the old coolant but still hasn’t worked any ideas cheers Ian

Water pump and Timing belt done last year

Run the engine up to normal operating temperature, feel the in and out pipes to the heater matrix. If only the in pipe is hot then the matrix is blocked up by sludge. If bothe in and out pipes are hot then you have a problem with the heater unit flaps or the fan.
