What springs to run in wastegate and diverter valve?

I am currently doing a GT2871 turbo project on the S3 8L. I would like to know which PSI springs people are using in the wastegate and bov/diverter valve with this setup.

Current setup is...

Rebuilt engine with forged rods.
ATP cast manifold (T3).
ATP turbine housing (0.63 A/R).
Custom 3" down pipe.
Custom 3" catback.
Wagner intercooler.
Forge diverter valve.
38mm Tial external wastegate.
