Audi A3 SGO file to Bin file conversion

Hi guys.
I recently got my ecu update file for my A3 3.2 quattro, but it is a SGO file and Not a Bin file tto load the map. Can anyone help convert this file and also is this safe?
I dont have VCP and It will take 2 months to get it here.

Please help. Anybody with advice or that can convert the file for me..?

The person who helped me get the file is borders away and could only get me the SGO file.

I wouldn't flash something like that on my car. Be careful - if it makes damage, there is no going back.

I thought so too. I ordered VAG VCP yesterday so i'l rather wait for it to get here.. better to wait the 6 weeks than to damage my ECU.
