Anyone had fuel siphoned from their car?

Only done about 50 miles since I last filled up but only have half a tank left.

Also noticed that my fuel filler cap doesn't lock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be an anti siphon device.

I'd go and fill the car up till the pump clicks off. If it only takes a few litres I'd question what the fuel gauge is telling you.

The door over the fuel filler cap should be locked when the car is locked. If it's not then it needs looking at.

The filler cap should lock with the central locking.
Then again it is no real deterrent because a screwdriver could lever it open.
I've not heard of fuel being syphoned from cars these days.....seemed to be a problem of the past, but maybe not.

Meant to say filler flap.....the cap itself does not lock.
