DieselGeek shortshifter

My Dieselgeek shifter has turned up from the states, after finally getting cleared through customs and paying VAT & Parcelforce for the pleasure of picking it up this end!

Has anyone fitted one of these, if so do you have any tips?
How long should it take generally? I have got the instructions from their site, but still looks fairly complicated!
