Rear Led light problems. Help with VCDS or maybe wiring

Hello,

I have an issue. And have a question.
I installed led rear lights, but these not lighting properly. My trunk light led tubes are more bright than side light led tubes. Also, after I turn on my lights, all bulbs are working including stop bulbs, when I push stops, these bulbs start to bright more. So my question is, can everything be fixed just with VCDS ? I mean, to regulate bright level or to make stop bulbs work only after i push stops ?

thanks. I just wanted to be sure that everything can be done just with vcds and no other wiring needed.
