Since using this forum ive got the modifying bug again! I spent £20k on an escort RS2000 a few years ago and vowed i wouldnt do it again but what can you do!
This week I have bought;
- A supersprint stainless exhaust
- Forge 007 DV
- Pipercross panel filter
- Cupra R splitter
a couple of weeks ago i got some new 18" alloys and new tyres S8 style i think? (that reminds me i have some 18" genuine RS4's for sale if anyone wants some) and just before christmas i got some bembo discs and red stuff pads
Plus the old girls getting a full service + MOT on tuesday. All this makes me actually wanna clean it again!
After the service im having all the bits fitted and my REVO upgraded to stage 2 with a 4 bar pressure regulator. Is anyone else running stage 2? Does it make much difference from stage 1?
Is there any other mild mods I can do that are reccomended? Ive heard people talking about a haldex ecu but not sure what it does exactlly? Plus people re saying it increases fuel consumption and makes your car slower in a straight line? I dont really wanna change the suspension as i like the ride comfort.
