My son got a M sport performance kit fitted on his 430 d xdrive it's all carbon fibre, the actual front part fits over the existing parts of the front spoilers bit like on the new RS5 and in process it lowers the front and looks part of the front instead of looking like a add on,why can we get something like this for the S3?

you would have to driver over a sidewalk/curb to scrape that..

even if you lowered your car a bit, you probably won't scrape very often. The overhang on the 8V is very small!
