31?? are they dropping the whole 10% leeway thing? how many speedos are that accurate?

Most speedos over read, so for it to be 31, I would imagine in most cases you will need to be doing 33/34. Basically, you will be well aware you are going over the limit.

I don't have much tolerance for people speeding in a 30 or 20, so not that fussed by any changes personally....
