Where would I get a decent exhaust for this car?

Not a massive market for A3 quattro so may be a bit limited in choice... custom exhaust is an option...

S3 exhausts can be made to fit but needs an S3 hanger at the back and you would need to cut out the rear valance and a bit of the bumper

Also would need to step up the downpipe to fit as S3 is larger or preferably source a 3" downpipe for the A3 quattro (FWD one won't fit)
