Slam panel and radiator pack 170bhp manual will it fit 140bhp automatic

Quick question I have got 140bhp b7 tdi automatic and I am looking to buy 170bhp slam panel and radiator pack and slam panel manual.
Any major difference or alterations that I need to do are they straight swap.

I've a 170 and had my slam panel (lock carrier) replaced due to corrosion. I asked the same question for the opposite way around and was told absolutely no way a 140 would fit a 170. So purchased a new genuine one rather than sourcing a used 140 (couldn't find a used 170 anywhere at the time).

I didn't ask the reasons just because the answer was a very definitive no, so I took their word for it.

By the way, what's a slam panel manual or do you mean its from a manual car?
