Looking really good CrypticMG, black grill and Daytona go really well together.
VC looking good too, love that bit.
Managed to put a 200GB SD card in today and have all my music on it with room to spare.

Cheers mate, I'm loving it. I am planning on swapping the mirror caps for the chrome ones tomorrow.. I think it will complete the look even more.

Been looking back at pics of my Daytona Grey 2012 A3 S-line which was poverty spec compared to yours! The Virtual Cockpit and new headlights/bumpers make it a lot sharper, and really move things on in a subtle way.

I said it yesterday and I'll say it again.... Daytona Grey has loads of personality. Looks fab!!

Cheers mate! Drove it back from Oxford to Warrington today and got a fair few head turns on the way up. Not many people must have seen the facelift.. Will get pictures of all interior lighting once it goes dark enough.

Quite a wet one when I picked her up yesterday, so here are a couple from a grey Sunday. Virtual cockpit and B+O an absolute win/must have.
Daytona grey with standard 18 inch allows is a better look than I expected.

Only con so far - when putting golf clubs in the boot, needed to take the driver out of the bag as it is too long - not a problem in the Golf which has a bigger inlay behind the wheel arch which the club heads can sit in. S3's privacy glass then comes into play.

Got the same alloys coming and yes look much better than expected...mines getting lowered once I get it

Good looking car mate. Made a trip up to Glasgow in mine last week. Clocked a few drivers slowing down on the motorway to have a look.

My wife watches Poldark, and not for the lovely views of Cornwall.
I switch the garage lights on and look at my new car............not sure who's worse.

Was wondering what the new led headlamps are like?
Can you compare them to xenons at all?

Here's a few exterior pics of my Navarra Blue S3. Collected it on Saturday, no pics until today though as it's been raining.
Car is fantastic, really really pleased

I've never had Xenon's, I did however have LED headlights on my old 14 plate Polo. These new ones in the A3 are a cut above, they light the road ahead very well and are a huge improvement over what I have been used to.. I'm sure I read something on here a while back saying the new LEDs on the FL have been rated higher than the previous model?

Compared to xenon the most noticeable thing is they instantly come on... no warm up time, or any hint of blue. I used the all-weather function for the first time last year on mine driving up the motorway in really bad fog, and they cut through and spread the light really well. Definitely impressed with them.

Cheers for that..
The missus has a Leon with led's and I find them ok but the xenons on my car I find are brighter with the only issue being I think they need to be adjusted to light the road further ahead...It's going in for it's first oil change in the next month so will ask dealer to adjust them..
Would like to know what other F/L guys who have had the P/FL think about the led's also...

There's a huge amount of "energy" and vibrancy coming from those photos... some of the best Navarra I've seen posted in outside conditions.

Thanks, it really is a beautiful colour, looks at its best in good light. If you would like any other images, let me know

I've heard a lot of talk about the pre-FL led headlamps being inferior to xenon but I've been hugely impressed with the LED lights.

The beam of light is very white (as led is) and reach is excellent. I think they are a great upgrade over xenon.

The FL LED lights should be a step on again so imagine they are superb !

Roof rails..............awesome choice mate.............a sportback aint a sportback without them....they add another dimension of contrast and work well with the chrome grill and Matt Alu door mirror covers...

How long did it take people's order to move from welcome to order received?

just realised the facelift cars have the rear reflectors seperate to the lights

why is that ?

Where are all you Brilliant blacks at!? Am i the only one braving it? Few pictures i got at the weekend, nothing special. Post Wash, clay, polish, glaze, seal & wax...

If there was ever an incentive to make people use there indicators, it would be dynamic indicators! I'm always signalling now, for absolutely everything! thanking every Tom, **** and Harry on the road with my hazards getting out of hand really...

I've currently got a brilliant black A4. Great when clean but it looks dirty after driving for 5 mins That, and after only 2 years it looks pretty swirly/scratched

I really wish i got the roof rails on mine. I suppose they could be fitted later if i decide i want them

The F/L rear lamps have a greater illuminated area in compared to pre F/L so had to move the reflector out of the lamp unit onto the bumper same as saloon and convertible.

Kinda remind me of a hearse... but I guess they could be fitted later if you need to carry anything or anybody on the roof!
