Windows not working

Hi the windows on my 2007 A4 have all stopped working, checked the wiring in the front doors looks sound and there is no water in the CCU box, plugs look good.

Also Audi have been unable to reprogram my spare key.

Could I have upset the CCU when I was trying to fix the key???

Any help gratefully received.
