Squeak in steering column

Hi guys,

I have a very annoying squeak when I steer. However when I put WD40 lubricant on it goes away temporarily and then comes back about a week later.

Any suggestions on what it could be?

Mine does it, mainly when the sun has been hitting it. It's the clock Spring m8
