Electrical issue

Can anybody tell me what controls the window switch panel, my rear window lockout button stays illuminated all night.
The window buttons and lockout button work as they should. Thanks

Just to add the the orange light does turn off when i push the button in, but obviously the circuit is still 'alive' when locked
