hid conversion and main beam bulb

wondered if anyone could help with this. I have just fitted a hid conversion and am very pleased with it. Just wondered what other people are using for their high beam as it looks a bit weird with just the low beam hid and the mains in halogen. Is there anything out there a bit whiter for the high beam? BTW the kit I have fitted is a 8000K

I have the same problem mate, i was just gonna buy another kit the same as i already have and fit that, just means if i were to flash someone, its a bit slower to respond than halogen IMHO

Get PIAA extreme whites they are quite expensive for bulbs but they are pretty good

I have osram silver stars fitted, and these look positivly yellow in comparisom the the HIDs

Had HID kit on my old Calibra. Used 80w sportzblues for the high beam. Don't show up much blue, due to the wattage, but about as close as you're going to get to xenon.
