My wife got caught up with this. She paid the pound, then an additional £74 was taken from her account. She's now cancelled the further payment requests through her bank.
Oh dear, thats 74 quid EVERY month !! As it is THEM that have set up the payment method ( standing order, not direct debit) and not you, as far as I understand the system, it is ONLY them that can cancel it. I hope I am wrong about it.
How can anybody get caught out by this ? . They are offering you an I-phone 6 for £1, it's obvious that there is a catch some where.
And it wouldn't take too long to work out what it was if you read the conditions.

There are google searches everywhere regarding this. Total scam and the £74 isn't hard to find. It states it is a subscription service. This scams been done in many guises using different model iPhones as bait since 2012.
