Hi Guys,
Very new to the Audi scene, so do excuse me for such a nooby question.
Background: a4 b7 avant. Purchased with APEX Coilovers. Slammed far too low for the wheel/height combo, so as a temp measure, need to raise it a tad, and look in to the longer term solution later on..
Current: I've had the wheels off the front, and adjusted as required - great! Now to the rears... The particular struts on the APEX coils do not have an insert for a hex drive to hold it still whilst I turn the collar to adjust. I've got some Sealey spring compressors already to hand, but because of the short spring length, these are impossible to use.
I'm really looking for a quick solution that isn't going to involve knocking the tracking out or realistically costing a mini fortune.
If it helps the situation - the collar is located at the top rather than the bottom, so in theory, easier to work around.
Cheers guys
