Because the little tw@t damaged my car.Why are you even wasting energy on someone else's car tax issue, it's not your problem IMHO, go use the time for better things, they will get found out automatically these days, just of course steer clear of there car incase also no insurance.
http://www.audi-sport.net/xf/threads/raging.245430/Well its your decision of course, if you have proof he damaged then why not task him or claim against, for me if you had 100% surety with evidence then this conversation wouldn't be happening.
Just remember I'm not against you & I certainly don't support the other, had same issues myself with young kids purposely damaging.
It is insured, I checked on the MIB site.If it is untaxed I guess it is uninsured so just report him and be done.
To be honest, that's the wrong attitude to have. With dwindling Police resources, we're all being asked to step up and get more involved in policing issues ourselves. Being reliant on an ANPR picking this guy up is lazy and irresponsible. If this guy has no road tax, then his insurance is void. If his insurance is void, he shouldn't be on the roads, and the OP has every right to report him, and save others the distress of having to claim because of being hit by an uninsured driver. Why are you even wasting energy on someone else's car tax issue, it's not your problem IMHO, go use the time for better things, they will get found out automatically these days, just of course steer clear of there car incase also no insurance.

This info is readily and easily available. Just go to dvla website. All you need is reg number and make of vehicle. It tells you if the car is taxed and holds a valid mot. However, with that being said, I am not sure with few people displaying tax discs these days having all moved online to check/renew VED, how exactly the OP knows his road tax has expired?
