1.2 TFSI Sportback Recall?

So I was contacted by my Audi dealer last week , they told me they needed my car for a day to do a software update. I enquired what the update was going to be and they seemed unsure. We scheduled a date and they drove 60 miles to collect my car and also dropped off a courtesy car.
They also returned it in the same manner
Great service I thought, right!

So in the document I received when I got my car back was a service called "CARRY OUT CAMPAIGN 15F3 - CRIT 8V
There also on the document was a service /description of goods called "GENP"

Any idea on what this is ? Is it an official recall of this engine type

Just out or interest. Did you take a note of the software / firmware before the update and after?

I'm not too sure what is was before but it is has changed to
MSTD_EU_AU_P3151
