Climate control unit won't "click" and change temp

Hey guys,

So a weird issue has arisen with my car a few days ago. The driver side temperature adjusting knob has stopped working, it won't "click" and the temperature won't change. The passenger side is fine. I tried taking off the knob and putting it back, but this didn't fix the issue.

Any idea on what should I look at and which part of the unit needs changing?

Remove the unit for the part number & change for the same, however, does the knob still move l/r.

Thanks NHN, the knob is willing to rotate, but the click isn't present and the temperature won't change.
