Guessing coil pack?

im guessing coil pack has gone cylinder 7, which one is cylinder 7. heres my scan results.

i have been experiencing a slight surge when accelerating lately, then obviously today misfire issues. maybe it boils down hopefully to the dud coil pack ?

Swop a coil pack for number 1 and rescan it then if it shows number 1 error you no it's a coil
