Spark Plugs 1.8T Sport

Hi,
I have been using BK6EIX plugs, but not really sure what plugs would suit my old girl,

The car has air induction system, N75J, Hyperboost valve, Upsolute remap.

I keep reading about I should fit a colder plug, any suggestions please.

I use genuine PFR6Q's as got them cheap.

Plugs your using are fine.

Alternatives are BKR6E or PFR6Q. Dont need to go to heat range 7 with stock turbo.

BKR6E plugs in mine, cheap as chips and no issues at 20psi.

Thanks guys, what gap should I be running, 0.28" ??

0.8mm is stock gap and will be fine for a standard/stage1 type car.
