Hello everyone I am new to this forum I have a audi s3 8p run stage 2 + my clutch has started to slip and I am looking to do the job my self has anyone got any good information on the job?

Unless you've got a 2 post lift to use I wouldn't bother.
I done my own and although it's not difficult there's a bit to strip out.

I wouldn't like to try it!
By the time you drop the subframe down and separate the transfer box I don't think you'd have enough room.
It's probably manageable but I wouldn't like to try it

do you have to drop the sub frame. What's the best clutch set up

I tried to do mine without dropping the subframe but was able to gain enough room to remove the gearbox.
I didn't remove the subframe I just dropped it down but still awkward on axle stands.
Clutch setup if only going as far as stage 2+ like myself and others then a standard LUK flywheel for £250 and a sachs organic stage 1 clutch kit costing about £500.
At least if you fit an uprated kit like the one I mentioned it should only need doing once.

Have you got a part number for the sachs clutch kit so I can order it thanks for your time
