Do you mean the 'V' hose on the side of the inlet?... there are aftermarket replacements in silicon from companies like forge to replace that but tbh you could also consider replacing everything under the inlet as its prone to splitting and leaking... its not difficult and there are threads in the FAQs for doing PCV deletes and catch can replacements... you don't have to fit a catch can though... you can do the PCV delete with out that...
The older AGU A3's just have a pipe from the centre outlet in the inlet mani to the PCV valve... this stuff is an enhancement of that system for emissions but just ends up a den of leaks...
