There have been loads of roads round my place that have been temporarily resurfaced - you know the ones - you have to drive at 20mph. Anyway, this morning, lots of people late for work so get overtaken by plenty of cars and little stones get thrown up from their rear tyres. Inspect my windscreen and there are 3 tiny chips (not enough to obstuct vision & too small to call out autoglass or equivalent) - but I can see that they are there and they are really annoying me now. Is there any way to sort them?

If they're on the surface, they're more of a cosmetic issue rather than something that could crack. They can be repaired (I call them vanity repairs!) but in order for the damage to accept the resin, the impact must be abraded and thus made a bit bigger (the idea is also to make a regular shape out of it).

Easy enough to do, but they can also look twice as bad if done by someone who doesn't quite understand how to pull off a good repair.
