Oil breather system

I've just made my car so much smoother to drive and quicker too by blocking off the pipe from the inlet manifold to the breather system, is this normal? Lol

The one which comes out the bottom middle of the inlet manifold I've pinched it and put a cable tie round to hold it pinched. The revs are now much more stable and it definitely pulls better

Its most likely because its split and you have an airleak from it... while your temp fix is ok I would suggest looking into doing a full PCV delete or at least replace the split pipes you have
