pipe from air box

right I've put a CDA INDUCTION AIR FILTER on my car its a 1999 s3 what happens with the small pipe that also connected to the original air box ? what should be done with it ? blanked off or just left help please

That's the SAI pipe (secondary air induction).. Cable tie the pipe in a safe position and put a filter over the end or just remove the secondary air system altogether..link for removal- http://www.audi-sport.net/vb/a3-s3-forum-8l-chassis/88299-sai-removal-guide.html
