Need some new tyres for my 18" LCR wheels on my s3.

I think 40s would look good, but 45s might give it a bit more of a motorsporty look.... Which im sort of going for at the moment.

So if anyone has any photos of their car on either 40s or 45s id appreciate it :).

Thanks, Rice

As above, i think it might look quite good. But not sure if they'd look TOO big.

Sorry what? lol. Have you got a larger photo :)? Need to get my binoc-u-lars out otherwise.

It's the speedo's calibration that will be off that I'm concerned with. I know it won't be miles out, but that few mph could mean the difference between a fine or not.... just saying.

I personally think it will look pants with 45 profile tyres, stick with 40s

Hopefully you won't need binoculars with this one?

Oh I get what kristof was on about now... The rolling radius?

Yeah I think you're right Jojo :).

I've got 215/35s on at the moment that came on the wheels that look a bit crap to be honest + are a **** ride.

Thanks for the pics.

Also check the prices of 40 vs 45.

As the 225/40/18 is very popular the price is around £100 for F1 A2s but the same tyre in 225/45/18 is £40 more each! Lol

Thanks guys :). Think I'm decided on 40 profiles!
