Rear shock knocking noise after air ride install please help stressing

Ive noticed a very loud noise from passenger side rear after air ride was installed, ive checked all the boot set up and nothing is rattling so my thought is shock absorber ? Has anyone had this problem ? And can confirm it is the shock absorber ?

it constant rattling wholst driving and its making me go crazy needs sorting asap please help

Have you checked your lug bolts? might be a stupid question but you never know
