few questions for you guys who know

hi guys had my a3 140 quattro for a month now it already had the 345mm s3 front brakes but standard rears what i need to know is do i need to buy just the carriers to convert the rears to 310mm or do i need both calipers and carriers?

also anyone know where sells a decat for 140 quattro? as carnt find one and didnt want to have to fork out for custom made one
