Post Pics Of Your A3/S3 8v In Here

Took the S3 up Pikes Peak today - got to something like 12,500ft because it was closed up the top. TPMS was going mental back down.

Found a cute little mews in London to take some shots of the S3.

Should I get black Audi rings on the front?

I'd leave them as they are personally. S3 is looking great

+1 - looks spot on and ties in nicely with mirror caps, roof rails and alloys

Another great pic!
You should've stayed quiet on the mews, I'd assumed it was yours
Your car matches the mews black door and silver knocker too.

That's gonna offer you a lot of pleasure. I remember your nick from the 8P section. Now you moved here, as I did in March. I still familiarise myself with the spec, but what I can say is that the 8V is a much improvement over the 8P. Enjoy your new ride, you'll like it

I went S-tronic after an extended test drive! Best of both worlds to be honest, although my good lady has said she cant be doing with the 'silly boy paddles' so will only drive it in 'D'! I'll update when we've had her a few weeks!

I could imagine its a lot of fun driving up and down pikes peak
The S3 looks great by the way
Cheers! Yeah it was fun sat behind a Yaris for most of it Was able to open it up and throw it into some hairpins further up, but up that high with so little oxygen the turbo was pretty much silent. Took her up Mt Evans earlier which is open to the public on the 24th - not a photo place since it’s just a car park, but I just like the idea my car got above 14,000ft

Some great driving roads over in the states . I am going to california/vegas in july and looking forward to visiting yosemite there is some great driving roads in the sierra navada mountains shame i wont be in the S3

I've been searching for a good spec S3 for months.....I actually wanted a Sepang blue Sportsback but finding the spec I wanted in that colour and one in nice condition proved to be rather more difficult than I initially expected. After seeing a video done by the seller I decided to go and view this one.....After laying eyes on it I gave them a deposit straight away.

All the usual standard bits plus the extras below;

Panther Black Crystal Paint
Cruise Control
Rear Parking Sensors
Audi Connect info services
Nav High + MMI Nav plus
B&O
AMI
Auto Dimming Rear View Mirror
Electric Folding Heated Mirrors with Auto Dimming Drivers Side with Proper Carbon Fibre Covers
Black Styling Pack
Light & Rain Sensor
Comfort Pack
Technology Pack
Windscreen Sunband and Acoustic Glass
Pan Roof
Red Calipers with S3 Logo
Supersports Seats with Electric Lumbar Support.

So the time has come to sell my A3.

Just over 5 and a half years and 63,500 miles later
Yes it has had some parts fail requiring replacement but it has never left me stranded at the side of the road. Thankfully most were covered under warranty (though the dreaded Thermostat coolant leak wasn’t). Fuel economy per tank varied from 31-45 mpg

When I picked it up I posted into the photos thread here:

Picked up this little puppy yesterday. Phenomenal! Hubba Huba....

Here is a photo taken this week - I even found the same location and hedge from the photo in post #671 the day I picked it up….
