Quite common for S3's to struggle on emissions, the hotter you get the cats the more efficiently they'll work. They don't get hot enough when when stood at idle in the m.o.t station
Take the car for a good hard drive then get it tested straight after, it should be fine! :icon_thumright:
Pre cat lambda is the one that has a part to play in fuelling/emissions. Post cat lambda is simply there to have a quick sniff to make sure the cats are working
