PD130 R-tech Remap

Finally have managed to save up enough money for a remap and have pretty much decided on a 2 hour drive to R-tech following all of the reviews I have read.

I currently have just a standard A3 PD130 perfomance wise

VAG REMAP = AUDI –SEAT – SKODA – VW
Years 1999 - 2004 1.8T - 1.9TDI & NA
Base Map = £99
Spec1 Performance = £200
Spec1 Custom Map = £250
Spec2 Custom Map = £290

Which of the maps will be best for my car, willing to get a Spec2 but will I really need a custom map having no engine mods

Agreed you need the stage 1 map. Will see some good gains even from standard.
