Or you can use this:

Bping - The Ping That Beeps

It will run a continuous ping to the site when it's down and as soon as the site is back up it will start beeping. You can just leave it running in the back ground and get on with erm..... work!

Hold the windows key and press E to launch Windows Explorer. Or press L to lock your machine.
