a3 lowering springs help

hi i got a a3 tdi sport x reg running on 18" alloys i want to lower it a bit what springs are the best to buy want 30mm ish i had springs break on my other cars when i lowered thwm and it aint nice anyone recomend a good make was thinking of these anyone running these springs ? why just springs?? dpm performance have full coilover kits for around £180 if youre on a budget.

i got JOM coilovers on my A3 pretty cheap aswell, think i paid £160 on ebay.
