hi guys
any tips on removing the turbo from my tdi
i had it up on the forklift and it looked like i will need hands of a child
so any useful advice would be greatfully reiceived

hi. its an awkward job but do-able on axle stands. the turbo unit will have to be taken out from underneath.

I got a ramp well forklift so thats not a problem i've heard that i will have to drop subframe
To get turbo out?

Nah you don't have to drop the subframe, you have to take the exhaust off and then the turbo will come through between the subframe and body.

My mate always recommends that you get a new oil return pipe as this quite often gets damaged. He says he always has a new one on the parts list when he does one at work as 8 times out of 10 it is required.
