A3 BE Bose speaker rattle/buzz

As the title says, I have a buzz/rattle form the front door speakers in my A3. This occurs only very occasionally with some music but is very obvious when the bluetooth system voice plays over the speakers.

The buzz does not appear to be affected by bass tones however, so it is definitely higher frequency noise which affects it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to remedy this? I've looked at the speaker grilles but there is no obvious way to remove or secure them so was thinking it might be a door card off to pop in some anti-rattle tape or foam.

Yes door card of would be best then you can see if the rattle stays when the grills arent part of the equation, fault find that way.
