Hello,
bought my first Audi about 4 months ago from my grandad.
He owned the car for the last 11 years never failed a service, repair or a MOT.
The car in question a 98 1.9 TDI 110bhp SE Auto. When i bought it it had 109k on the clock, its now pushing 117k after 4 months.
with in the first 2 months of owning it I took it around spain, france and andorra for 2 weeks. clocking up 3000 miles with no faults, fails or hicups. also did over 650 miles on a tank.
MOTed it last month and it failed on a CV boot (fixed it). Got a advisory on rear brakes, rear tyres and small amount of play in the track rod ends.
With very little for me to do on it mechanicly, it means i can crack on doing what i enjoy most.
Retrofitting extra. I have a small list of bits i'm after in my sig.
Thats my hello and introduction.
I'm off to do some reading on retrofitting.
Scott.
