500ml bottle of Auto Finesse Tripple
£9.89 delivered at EuroCarParts (Oddly a 500ml bottle is actually cheaper than a 250ml bottle)
Safest paint cleaner I can think of for the 'van

Big fan of that polish. Works really well in my opinion and good price that! Word of advice...don't drop the bottle it doesn't bounce very well. Spent a Sunday morning pressure washing the drive after dropping the bottle

Ordered a new drying towel Klin Korea Duo with some Done & Dusted Si edition. Also bought a bottle of the Turtle Wax spray wax after seeing forensic detailing's review. Got a bottle for under a fiver delivered so got to be worth a bash at that price ! We'll probably be seeing these appear in the forward it on thread in a few weeks !!

Ordered a fair bit.
Going on a detailing course July 1st and want to start doing it as a job. It’s probably the only thing I actually enjoy. Whether I’ll still like it when/if I’m doing it everyday is another matter but I’ve worked on roofs long enough!

What I found interesting was a short video from Jon @ FDC which showed product added very little in the gloss stakes compared to well prepared paint.

I guess this confirms what we know that 99% is in the prep rather than the LSP. The only exception being on less good paint where fillers can make a difference.

Having said that I've shelled out a fiver to try the Turtle wax stuff.

Jon from fdc only thinks its good because it's cheap he's a miserable git like yersel lol
I like cheap, especially detailing products ;)
I’ve said it before & I’ll say it again you don’t have to spend a fortune on the in favour detailing products to get the finish YOU want
Still if you’ve got the time & the money ...

Thank you.
Just finished 2 years at college part time training to be a mechanic but the last year was a **** take. They thought they could fit a full level 3 into one evening per week and it back fired spectacularly.
Of course they got the same money for tuition and we got the level 3 qualification but it was all writing essays and job cards for workshop lessons we never did.
So basically I have a certificate telling everyone I can do work that I have zero knowledge to do.
